Nu putem s\u0103 sc\u0103p\u0103m de ea dar o putem transforma \u00eentr-un tovar\u0103\u015f de drum. Putem \u00eemp\u0103r\u0163i frica pe trei nivele:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fricile de nivelul 1 (Specifice) <\/strong>&#8211; Fricile specifice le includ pe cele care pur \u015fi simplu se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 cum ar fi \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nirea sau handicapul. Ele includ de asemenea lucruri ce necesit\u0103 ac\u0163iune gen un interviu sau condusul ma\u015finii.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fricile de nivelul 2 (St\u0103ri ale Min\u0163ii)<\/strong> &#8211; Aceste frici \u0163in mai degrab\u0103 de starea \u00een care se afl\u0103 mintea dec\u00e2t de modul \u00een care r\u0103spunzi la condi\u0163iile externe.
