Cele mai negative sentimente pe care le vei sim\u0163i vreodat\u0103 sunt o form\u0103 de anxietate, m\u00e2nie sau triste\u0163e. \u015etii c\u0103 aceste sentimente sunt nepl\u0103cute. \u015etii c\u0103 d\u0103uneaz\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u0163ii. Dar ce po\u0163i face pentru a reduce la minim perioada de timp pe care o petreci sim\u0163indu-le?<\/p>\n<p>Desigur, mai \u00eent\u00e2i po\u0163i s\u0103 analizezi situa\u0163ia ce cauzeaz\u0103 sentimentele negative.
