Prea multa lume ia prea in serios lucrurile. Dac\u0103 lucrurile sunt mai distractive, sunt mai u\u015for de re\u0163inut.<\/li>\n<li>S\u0103 se axeze pe voin\u0163\u0103 \u015fi pe obicei. Tavan la pahare (pentru be\u0163ii)<\/p>\n<p>Ast\u0103zi am s\u0103 tratez Dieta <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">No-S<\/span>, urm\u00e2nd ca \u00een zilele urm\u0103toare s\u0103 tratez \u015fi restul sistemelor.<\/p>\n<p>1.
